KWARA state students schooling in Sokoto, Kebbi and Zamfara have tasked the state governor, AbdulRahman Abdulrasaq on good governance by fulfilling his campaign promises.
This appeal was contained in a sallah message signed by the axis’ coordinator, Moshood Ibrahim and made available to newsmen today in Ilorin, the Kwara State Capital.
Ibrahim disclosed that Kwara students in the northern part of the country need attention and support from the state government to encourage them more towards attaining academic excellence and portraying the image of the state positively.
“As all the Muslims across the globe celebrate the 2019 Eid-l-Kabir today, we the leadership of NAKSS SKZ Axis felicitate with all Kwara State students all over most especially SKZites for this auspicious festival,”
“Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazak led administration in Kwara State to always remember kwara indegines schooling at the North-west part of Nigeria Sokoto, Kebbi and Zamfara States in any project meant for the betterment and welfarism of the student constituency.”
Also, Ibrahim charged the national body of the Kwara students association not to be deterred in fulfilling their campaign promises and further urged them to always put them in mind considering their “distances” from home.
Consequently, he said, “In addendum, we however urge our people not to be carried away with the merriment associated with Eid celebration but be law abiding and meticulous in whatever they do during and after this festive period. And that, they should always be rest assured of our dogged activism geared towards fighting for their rights and welfare”.
