MEMBERS LOSS, TRAGEDY WATERS OUR JOYFUL MOMENT
I received with great shock the involvement of members of our party, the APC in a ghastly motor accident, on their way back to Omu-aran, while returning from victory rally. Unfortunately, the accident have claimed lives of prominent stalwarts of our party, including at least three front line members of the Rebirth movement.
Very sadly, we lost the Kwara Rebirth Ambassadors Coordinator of Irepodun local government, Segun Adewara, our Relationship Manager from Agbonda and Chief Adebanjo Sunkanmi whom I spoke with not less than 5times on November 17th, during the bye-election. I was still communicating with Adewara minutes before the accident that claimed his life!
Our joyful moment was halted by grief, we feel a deep pain than the depth of an ocean, our sadness knows no bound as these gentlemen displayed great passion, intelligence and a rare commitment and dedication to the Rebirth mission and struggle for the emancipation of our dear state. We lost them at a time they are most needed.
Currently, we’ve our erstwhile Relationship manager and current APC Chairman of Irepodun local government and host of others in critical condition.
We seize this medium to condole with the families of the victims, our party, APC and members of the Rebirth movement.
While praying for the repose of the dead souls, we pray for the speedy recovery of those in critical conditions. We pray to God to give family of the deceased, friends, associates and the Kwara-APC family fortitude to bear the unquantifiable loss.
We will, God willing, in our own capacity stand by the victim’s families at all times and ensure we support them in anyway possible as the tie we’ve created with the deceased endures beyond our respective lifetimes.

Mal. Lukman Olayiwola Mustapha
Kwara-APC Chieftain
